Münze Österreich & Tavex Group – Summer Night Concert 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Tavex Gold Ltd is conducting a commercial Price Draw (the Price Draw) in accordance with these Price Draw Instructions and Rules. The Price Draw will include a draw for VIP tickets to two 2025 Vienna Philharmonic Summer Night concerts, including air tickets London-Vienna-London and accommodation for two nights in a 4* hotel.

The Price Draw is called: “Münze Österreich & Tavex Group – Summer Night Concert 2025”

Price Draw organiser: Tavex Gold Ltd (11167367); 110 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8LY.

1. Price Draw description

The prize includes 2x VIP tickets to the concert, 2x flight tickets London-Vienna-London and two nights (12.06-14.06) accommodation for two in a 4* hotel in Vienna. In order to participate in the Price Draw, the customer must make a identified transaction(s) during the Price Draw period at the Price Draw organiser’s online shop or sales office, in which he/she purchases a total of 1 Münze Österreich (Austrian Mint) products: 2024 or 2025 Philharmonic gold coin or Austrian Franz Jospeh gold coins (buyers of earlier years or aftermarket gold coins do not qualify for the Price Draw). The Price Draw is open to customers who have purchased one 1 oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coin during the Price Draw period, as well as to those who purchase, for example, 1/2oz, 1/4oz or 1/10oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coins, or Austrian Franz Jospeh gold coins. Customers who have purchased Austrian Mint coins during the price draw period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Price Draw period: from 19.02.2025 at 00:00 until 19.04.2025 at 23:59.

Irrespective of any other requirements set out in the terms and conditions of the Price Draw, only people aged 18 years or over residing in United Kingdom at the time of purchase may enter the Price Draw. Employees of Tavex Gold Ltd and its consolidated companies (Tavex Group), as well as spouses, registered partners, life partners or direct or collateral relatives of such persons are not eligible to participate in the Price Draw.
2. Participation in the Price Draw

In order to participate in the Price Draw, the customer must:

*meet the residency and age requirements set out in section 1 of this guide; and

*purchase a total of at least 1 of Münze Österreich (Austrian Mint) product during the Price Draw period:

• Philharmonic 2024 gold coins; or
• 2025 Philharmonic gold coins; or
• Austrian Ducats; and

*provide identification details when completing the transaction.

Below we explain further the circumstances surrounding the above criteria.

The customer must purchase a total of at least 1 of Austrian Mint gold coins. The following products are eligible for the Price Draw:

• 1oz Austrian Philharmoniker gold coin
• 1/2oz Austrian Philharmoniker gold coin
• 1/4oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coin
• 1/10oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coin
• Austria Franz Jospeh 1 ducat gold coin
• Austria Franz Jospeh 4 ducat gold coin

Purchases can be made at the Price Draw organiser’s e-shop (www.tavexbullion.co.uk) as well as at its sales offices in United Kingdom. Coins can be purchased in one or several separate transactions and the quantity can be purchased as a single product or as a combination of several products. Thus, customers who have purchased one Austrian Philharmonic gold 1oz coin during the Price Draw period as well as those who purchase, for example, one 1/2oz, one 1/4oz or one 1/10oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coins or at least one Austrian Franz Jospeh 1 ducat or at least one Austrian Franz Jospeh 4 ducat will be eligible.

The customer will be required to provide identification details at the time of the transaction. This means that the identity of the customer must be verified at the time of the transaction.  When making a purchase in the e-shop, the customer is required to enter his/her name, personal identification number and/or date of birth and contact details when placing the order. When making a purchase at a point of sale, the customer must provide the customer service representative with an identification document (residence permit, passport or driving licence) and contact details. Transactions carried out by the customer in which the customer’s identity is not identified will not be taken into account for the purposes of the Price Draw.

The Price Draw is automatically open to all customers who fulfil the above conditions of participation. All customers who meet the conditions for participation in the Price Draw will be entered into a draw for one personalised ticket. Therefore, all customers who have fulfilled the above criteria will participate on an equal basis and the fact that the customer has purchased more than 1 of product will not affect the chance of winning.

3. Prize

A prize will be drawn for one winner. The prize for the winner of the prize draw is:

* Two VIP tickets to the 2025 Vienna Philharmonic Summer Night Concert on 13.06.2025 in Vienna, Austria;

* flight tickets for two London-Vienna-London routes;

* hotel room for two for two nights (12.06-14.06) in a 4* hotel with breakfast.

“Austrian Mint & Tavex Group – Summer Night Concert 2025!” Price Draw organized by Tavex Gold Ltd and Münze Österreich AG. In addition to United Kingdom, the Price Draw will also be held in parallel in other countries where the companies belonging to the Tavex Group are located. Participants in the Price Draw in United Kingdom do not take part in the lotteries taking place in the other countries of the Tavex Group.

4. Drawing of winners and notification of winners

The winner of the Price Draw will be drawn by random draw from among all eligible participants under these instructions. The draw will take place within five (5) working days after the end of the Price Draw period at the head office of Tavex Gold Ltd, 110 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8LY. The winner will be notified no later than two (2) business days after the draw by e-mail submitted by the Price Draw participant at the time of purchase. The Price Draw organiser shall not be liable if the e-mail sent to the winner ends up in the spam box or the winner is unable to receive the e-mail for any other reason beyond the control of the Price Draw organiser (e.g. due to security devices, incorrect or inaccurate contact details). The Price Draw organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner of the initial draw, refuse to issue the prize and draw a new winner in accordance with the procedures set out in this Chapter if:

*the winner does not qualify under the conditions set out in these instructions;

*the winner refuses to sign and return the prize award certificate;

*the winner cannot be contacted within 14 (fourteen) days after the draw has taken place; or

*the winner informs the Price Draw organiser that he/she is unable or unwilling to use the prize personally for any reason and/or wishes to give the prize to a third party other than the winner’s first-degree relative (parent) or first-degree relative (child).

5. Privacy and data protection

By making a purchase, the Price Draw participant consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the Price Draw organiser in accordance with the Tavex Gold Ltd Data Protection Terms and Conditions. The participant can consult the Tavex Gold Ltd Data Protection Terms and Conditions at https://tavexbullion.co.uk/cookies-policy/. With the participant’s consent, Tavex Gold Ltd collects personal data such as name or date of birth and e-mail address solely for the purposes of running the Price Draw or sending notifications of future promotions and offers. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other current and applicable legislation. Participants in the Price Draw have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, to access and rectify the data collected about them, to request the deletion of their data on the grounds set out in the GDPR or to object to the processing of their data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact tavex@tavexbullion.co.uk. Personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, after which the data will be deleted.

6. Rights of the organiser

The Price Draw organiser reserves the right to cancel the Price Draw in whole or in part, to suspend it temporarily or to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of the consumer game. This right shall only be exercised if necessary to ensure the fairness of the draw or to ensure that it is conducted in an orderly and fair manner, including to prevent possible fraud.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who breaches these instructions, attempts to maliciously manipulate the results of the draw or seeks to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.

7. Fiscal matters

The Price Draw organiser shall pay the taxes on the issue of prizes in accordance with the procedure laid down in the laws of United Kingdom. The Price Draw organiser shall not be liable for the incurrence, declaration or fulfilment of any tax liability which may arise for the prize winner. The winner shall be solely responsible for the declaration and payment of all applicable taxes in connection with the prize and for the payment of any expenses in connection with the prize.

8. No Purchase Necessary Entry:

To enter the Price Draw without making a purchase, you may either (a) visit our office in person during regular business hours and present a valid government-issued photo ID, or (b) submit your entry by mail. If you choose the mail-in option, please complete and sign the entry form below, and send it to the address indicated. Any necessary postal fees will be reimbursed upon presentation of a valid receipt or other proof of mailing expenses. All entrants must comply with these requirements and abide by the official Price Draw rules in order to be eligible for free entry.

All complaints will be reviewed and responded to in writing no later than 15 calendar days from the date the complaint was received.
