Royal Mail Delivery
For delivery before Christmas we recommend ordering before 3pm on Thursday 19th December. Please note, Royal Mail is often delayed at this time of year so please allow more time for your order to arrive.
Placing Orders Over the Christmas Holiday Period
Any orders placed after 3pm Friday 20th December will not be dispatched until Monday 30th December.
Customer Service Over the Christmas Holiday Period
Between Monday 23rd and Wednesday 1st January, no in person appointments will be available. Please see below for more information on customer support over the Christmas period.

Selling to Us
The last day for your sold back goods to be processed and payment made before Christmas will be Thursday 19th December. Any items received after this date will be processed on Monday 30th December, or as soon as possible after this date.
