Please find key information regarding Royal Mail delivery dates, ordering over the Christmas period, customer service availability, opening hours, and selling back to us over the Christmas and New Year period.
Royal Mail Delivery
For delivery before Christmas we recommend ordering before 3pm on Thursday 18th December. Please note, Royal Mail is often delayed at this time of year so please allow more time for your order to arrive.
Placing Orders Over the Christmas Holiday Period
Any orders placed after 3pm Friday 19th December will not be dispatched until Monday 29th December. Please note, we are closed on 31st December and 1st January so orders placed on these days will not be dispatched until 2nd January.
Customer Service Over the Christmas Holiday Period
From Monday 22nd December to Monday 29th December, no in person appointments or walk-ins will be available at our Hatton Garden office. Please see below for more information on customer support over the Christmas period.

Selling to Us
The last day for your sold back goods to be processed and payment made before Christmas will be Friday 19th December. Any items received after this date will be processed on Monday 29th December, or as soon as possible after this date. Please do not send any items to us during this period, to avoid delivery issues.
