1. ORGANISER

The promotional activity is organised by TAVEX Gold Ltd, a sole proprietorship with limited liability, registered in the United Kingdom with the following details:

• Hereinafter referred to as “Tavex,” “Organiser,” or “We.”
  These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the organiser and the participants, as well as the conditions for participation in the promotional activity. By taking part in this activity, participants agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

This promotional activity is a marketing initiative related to the purchase of gold investment products. Specifically, participants who meet the following conditions will receive a 1-gram Tavex gold bar as a gift:

• The participant must purchase twelve (12) pieces of 1-gram Tavex gold bars within twelve (12) consecutive calendar months.
• The purchases must be made once per month in each of the twelve consecutive months following the initial purchase.
• Upon completion of the twelve-month cycle and fulfilling the stated conditions, the participant will receive one (1) additional 1-gram Tavex gold bar for free.

3. PERIOD AND SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY

• The promotional cycle lasts 12 consecutive months from the participant’s initial purchase.
• All Tavex clients are eligible to participate upon providing the necessary personal data and making the required purchases.
• The promotional activity does not have a predefined end date. However, Tavex reserves the right to terminate the promotion at its discretion.
• If the promotion is discontinued, Tavex commits to honouring ongoing cycles and ensuring that all qualifying participants receive their gift product upon completion of their 12-month cycle.
• The promotion is available to adult individuals who purchase the promotional product through the Tavex United Kingdom e-shop or any Tavex United Kingdom office.

4. RULES FOR PARTICIPATION

• Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of five (5) 1-gram Tavex gold bars as gifts under this promotional activity.
• If a participant purchases more than 60 pieces of 1-gram Tavex gold bars within 12 consecutive months (i.e., more than five per month), they will only receive the gift product for the first 60 purchases.
• Strict adherence to monthly purchases is required. If a participant fails to make a purchase in any month, they will be disqualified from receiving the gift product at the end of the cycle. Missed purchases cannot be compensated by buying extra bars in previous or subsequent months.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and non-binding. Participants may withdraw at any time by ceasing monthly purchases.
• The purchase price of the promotional product is determined by international financial market fluctuations and is updated every 15 minutes on the Tavex website and systems.
• Purchases under this activity must be made in accordance with the Tavex’s General Terms and Conditions (https://tavexbullion.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/)

Verification and Gift Collection:

• Participants must keep all (12) purchase documents (invoices or cash receipts) for verification.
• The documents must be issued in the participant’s name and reflect purchases made within twelve consecutive months.

5. PERSONAL DATA

• The personal data provided (e.g., name, personal identification number, telephone number, email address) will be processed and stored in compliance with Tavex’s Terms and Conditions (https://tavexbullion.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/).
• By participating, participants consent to the processing of their data for the purpose of administering the promotional activity and receiving commercial information, marketing, and advertising materials from Tavex.
• Tavex will store participant data in an electronic database in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

• These General Terms and Conditions will be publicly available on Tavex’s website for the entire duration of the promotion.
• Tavex reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms at any time. Any amendments will be publicly announced on the website.
• The organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant found violating these terms.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide. Tavex assumes no liability for incorrect or misleading participant data.
